Archive Problem

We have an Exchange 2003 Server. Clients use Outlook 2003 to connect to the
Exchange Mailboxes. We have an employee that is not seeing his appointments
from several months back which he would now like to see. I'm guessing his
calendar is being Auto-Archived, so how can I get his old appointments from
the Auto-Archive File?
