Archive utility

Dear all,

can I found an archive utility/plugin for outlook2000/2003 that will archive
using the received date instead of the modified date somewhere in internet ?
Have you got any other suggestion for doing a good archiving of old emails ?

None in particular. I just know that web site keeps track of archiving tools. If one exists that does what you're asking for, it should be listed there.
