Archived Calendar Entries

Ryan

My Outlook is automatically archiving (or deleting) all non-recurring
calendar entries more than 3 months old. I thought I properly changed the
settings to stop the auto-archiving of calendar entries, but it's continuing
to do it.
1) How do I keep my calendar entries? and
2) Where can I find the folder with my missing entries?

Thanks...

Do you have a backup? That is the only way to recover, unless the items are
in your Deleted items folder. (Sort by icon - then look for calendar icons).

Archives will only have older appointments.

Archives are not backups. You may not be able to recover as much as you like.
Only non-recurring events that haven't been modified for at least the archive
interval and non-modified recurring events whose end date is at least as far
in the past as the archive interval will be in the archivet. Have Outlook
tell you where the archive PST is with Tools>Options>Other>AutoArchive. Open
that PST with File>Open>Outlook Data File and look in its calendar.
