I highlight the business history folder.
File Menu: Archive
Dialog box asks some questions pertaining to the archiving of items in the
business history folder, such as date range, destination file
... the default destination is
Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst
Now, I know that business items are all stored in the MSDE, so why would
outlook offer to archive business items into a pst?
I just checked- same with business contacts.
I looked in help but couldnt see archiving features/limitation as it
pertains to the 5-6 business contact manager specific item types.
