I need to reduce the nearly 5 gig size of my Outlook.pst file. A helpful
user told me I can create a rule based on 'received in a specific date span'
and move the mail (say, received before Jan 1 2008) to an *archive .pst*
folder. But I don't know how to create the Archive.pst folder so that the
mail is actually *removed* from the Outlook.pst file and reduces its size. I
don't want the archive folder just to be another ordinary mail folder, since
that will not reduce the size of Outlook.pst. Can you help?
