archiving CW problems

I'm using outlook 2000 SP3 with CW, I'm having an issue
with archiving. I am also using offline folders. I setup
archiving thru options to a local pst file. When I go to
archive it appears to run. But stops nothing archives. I
thought it had to do with space. Hard Drivespave is
available. I even change the pst to support large tables.
Any thoughts..
