archiving files without changing who they are from?

When I move sent files to an archive file it changes the "sent to" colum to
all being from me making it impossible to search which is why I keep them.
How do I keep it the same?

I have noticed this as wall and have been doing the following. Right click
on the heading row and select "Customize current view". Select "fields" and
add "from" and remove "to"
