My web email account has a quota and if I leave my Sent email on the server,
it goes over the quota. I would use POP, however, I also use my Treo to
chcek mail and would like my sent messages synced.
I though if I could archive all but the last 3 weeks of my sent messages, I
would not go over the quota. Well, I set it up and when I ran the archiving
function, my PC has been running OUTLOOK at nearly 100% of CPU power for half
an hour. I'm not certain what is going on. There were around 120 messages
in the Sent folder with approx. 17 MB. I shutdown Outlook, but when I
re-opened it, it started this process again.
