A user is running Outlook2k3 with all the latest service packs and updates.
It's running in corporate/workgroup mode connecting to our Exchange 2000
server. When the user runs a manual archive on all his folders, the data is
successfully *copied* to his personal folders, however it also remains in
his "live" Exchange folders. It behaves more like an export than an
archive.
When we recreate the users profile on a different PC, still running
Outlook2k3 with all patches/updates, the manual archive runs as expected
(i.e., data is *moved* to the personal folders).
Has anyone seen this behavior in Outlook2k3 before? It's obviously specific
to his instance of Outlook, but i can't find any notable differences between
the two installations.
Thanks in advance!
