Outlook XP on Win XP
We were just preparing to embark on a major archiving campaign, when our
server crashed rquiring a restore of most account data. We have a some users
with extremely large Outlook accounts-- 3 to 8 gigabytes( I have warned them)
Am aware of the 2 gigabyte ( sometime less) PST file limit.
The plan for those large acount holders was to start with an archive of all
data earlier than 1/1/2006, followed by an archive( to a new file) of all
data prior to 1/1/2007, then 1/1/2008, and finally on e archive for current
year.
Since all data will have a CREATE date based on date of the restore, this
cancels my plan. Does anyone have a suggestion, short of archiving individual
folders until the archive reaches teh 1.5 gigabyte size and then moving on to
a new archive file?
All ideas appreciated.
