Hello,
We have a user that continues to get a message when opening Oulook. It
says that the archive file could not be found. It says it cannot find it on
the local C drive of the workstation. The user has a roaming profile and logs
into workstations that have Outlook 2003 and 2007(although I see this pop-up
for users who strictly use Outlook 2003). We have tried to set it to stop
arching but everytime the user logs in they get that message. If they click
OK then the box pops up for them to locate where the archive file is. They
have not been arching and don't want to continue to tell them where the
archive file is. I have tried to delete any archive files, I have tried
creating a new one and pointing it to a network location. The goal is to make
this pop-up message about not being able to find the Archive file go away and
never come back again. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
