I've read at some length about how OneNote stores embedded files and recorded
audio in several different locations. I have an abysmally small hard drive
and want to "archive" old course notes to an external hard drive. If I create
a new notebook, say, "Old Classes," and move section groups with old class
notes to this new notebook, then move that notebook onto an external, will
the notebook itself contain all the embedded files and the audio recording?
Or do I have to copy other things from the "offline cache," etc.? Also, if
it's safe to archive these this way, will these supplementary copies be
removed automatically, or do I have to delete them manually? If manually, how
best to do that?
Many thanks!!!!
