Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop
Configuration: MacBook Pro (Early 2008), 4 GB RAM, 250 GB Hard Drive, MacOS 10.5., Microsoft Office for Mac 2008
I have years of e-mails (and their enclosures) saved in folders within Microsoft Entourage but am afraid that the volume of files will one day cause Entourage to choke. (That happened once before when i kept all the e-mails in my Inbox and that's why I created additional folders in which to distribute those old e-mails). I would like to archive the old e-mails on a DVD but want to be able to retain the ability to see and sort the list of e-mails along with the date sent or received, the sender and the subject.
I would be grateful if anyone can suggest how to do this.
