Has anyone come up with a way of archiving old
(completed) projects in Project Server. Specifically we
would like to keep all projects (active and completed) in
the Project Server database but remove the completed
projects from ALL Project Web views... Seems logical..
By exception we would open a few Project web views to
access the old projects. Arhh.. You say.. Place filters
on the Web Views. Get real that's many, many views and
even then you cannot filter out completed projects from
the Resource Availability views where we have the most
annonying situation of all those old projects (with
coloured ledgends) being displayed.
Simple request... Some way of retaining the old projects
in the database for reference purposes but automatic
removal from all Web views once projects are completed.
