Bob Griendling
Running Outlook 2000.
Please just confirm I have it right:
I can set auto archive for no more than 60 days. If I want to archive only
items that are older than that, say 6 months, I must set that at the
individual file level.
At the individual file level, I can set it to archive according to the
AutoArchive setting, or at the Personal Folder level, I can set it and all
subfolders (Inbox, etc., & the folders I've created) to archive according to
the AutoArchive setting, which is no more than 60 days.
Bottom line: There is no way to have all my folders set to archive every
items older than 6 months old but to do that archiving every two weeks,
unless I set it at the individual file level.
Thanks.
Bob.
