Are Office 2007 Enterprise/ Windows 7 Compatible?

I'm considering buying Office 2007 Enterprise edition now but will be
upgrading to Windows 7 in October and want to be sure that they will be
compatible. Anyone know for sure?

Normally 2 versions backwards compatibility is guaranteed with a new OS
release, so in this case, Office 2003 and Office 2007 will both be
compatible (all SKUs).

However, Office 2010 has been optimized to run with Windows 7 as this is the
latest version and most heavily tested.
