Are the 3.1 public relays down AGAIN???

Seems like every 3-4 months, the public relays for 3.1 go down. What's up?
I thought you guys at MS just upgraded the relays month or so ago. I also
would think that there is more than just one relay and we'd fall back on to
another, but I've got absolutely no communication with any of my people
outside of my local office LAN. I was planning on moving to Groove 2007, but
I'm very disappointed in the relay problems...or do you have more G2007
public relays (hence no problems) and the 3.1 relays are "taking a back seat"
to your priorities? If so, that's very poor customer service. Should I then
expect the same "service" when your next version of Groove comes out and I'm
still on G2007?

Don -
Do you have specific day/hours that the Relays appear to be not functioning?
I have a few accounts (both Gv3.1 & G2k7) that appear to work well with the
relays.

We were having problems on 12/10, the day of my original post. We are U.S.
based, central time zone, and had connectivity problems the whole day -
presence not working, files not updating in workspaces. Everything cleared
up by the next day with no efforts on our part...very strange.
