Are there any compatible stationaries with Outlook 2003?

I have been trying to find other stationary for Outlook 2003 without any
luck. Why is it that other Outlook stationaries are not all compatabile with
each other. I use to have some nice stationary with Outlook Express that I
downloaded but now after I have upgraded to Oulook 2003 I can no longer use
these stationaries.

Outlook 2003 was designed for corporate exchange users in mind. Therefore
Microsoft made this product much more secure out of the box because the
general belief is that corporate doesn't have a sense of humor when it comes
to stationery that uses background sound, script, and basically all the
frilly stuff that one could do in OE.
