Are there command line install options for the Web Services Toolit?

I would like to install the Office 2003 WST using some sort of -silent
option, is it possible?

To add more detail, using the /? switch a help dialog appears saying
that /Q will perform a silent install, but it doesn't at all. Is there
more detail that can be added to the /Q switch?

Anyone?
