Are there known conflicts between BCM and MS .net 2.

After loading Turbo Tax 2007 that includes .NET 2.0 my outlook 2003 with BCM
will not open. An error message about BCM failing causes Outlook 2003 to
close. After uninstalling BCM (but not .Net 2.0) Outlook 2003 works fine. Any
info?
