are there limits to content for frontpage 03 phot galleries?

there are a number of things that could "limit" the PG. some galleries are
appropriate for a lower number of images such as the slide show version, I
had a site a long time back that used the standard FrontPage gallery and the
site had fourteen sub webs each with five or six galleries each containing
at least twenty pictures each and it worked just fine.

what is it you're trying to do?
