Are there new shortcuts for 07 features to replace those of 03

I have users that are looking for their quick shortcuts using Alt in 07, but
of course the Alt key is doing something different in 07. Is there a quick,
new way to accomplish those old shortcuts? For example, someone uesd Alt C
or R to vertically align text (not sure which, I'm a Ctrl shortcut user).
Now he would need to Alt+JD+AA - and I'm not sure the result is really what
he wants anyway. All this clicking or added keyboarding is not going over
well here, however. So, is there a new set of keyboard shortcuts that do
what Alt USED to do, as opposed to what it's doing now? I hope that's clear.
