Are there still sync services conflicts

As far as I know the conflicts that happen in Entourage have not been
rectified. I find that if I enable more than one module my calendar
gets completely messed up. So I only have calendar enabled and it
sync's perfectly. Previously, if I enabled say addressbook or notes or
both, eventually the calendar would just get completely messed up. I'm
afraid to test this due to the amount of work involved fixing it but I
know how to do this.

What are people's experience with multiple modules enabled and then
sync'g to say a Palm or Blackberry. I sync to both successfully.
