Are there web components for Office 97?

Are there web components for Office 97? A website I'm trying to view says this:

To use this Web page interactively, you must have Microsoft® Internet
Explorer 5.01 Service Pack 2 (SP2) or later and the Microsoft Office 2003 Web
Components.

I tried the download, but it said it was corrupted, and I don't have Office
2003.
