Area Code and Phone Number

Thanks .. I tried your suggestion but it doesn't seem to
work with our fax solution

Try a '+', i.e. '+5555555'? I wouldn't think it would work except that
Outlook internally stores all of its fax numbers as ContactName@+1 (801)
555-5555. With a plus, it won't put the area code in... I just wonder if
it'll dial correctly.
