Hi,
Thanks for the advice, I'll use a polar/rectangular
method known in Civil/Survey DMD & DPD (Double Meridian
Distance; Double Parralel Distance) it is very similar to
Greens Theorem. I was hoping since it (Excel) plotted the
lines that much like AutoCad it could "trace" these lines
and figure the area inside.
