I bought (retail) and installed FP2002 about 6 months ago. That's what it
says on the disk, the disk cover, and the box. However, on the About
Microsoft Office FrontPage box (under Help), it shows that it's version
2003.
When I check for Office Updates, it brings up an update for Office 2003. I
start the update process, insert the FP disk when requested, and the update
asks for a file that's not on the disk, SKU117.cab. The file is not on the
disk or my computer. The update hangs at this point (step 4 of 5) and then
fails.
I have Office XP on my computer and FrontPage (whatever version it is). I
have no other Office 2003 programs.
Any advice or help is appreciated.
