Arial font doesn't work with printer

One of my computer(Win2000) doesn't work with Arial Font when I make MS-Word document.
I can see the Arial font (MS word, notepad,Excel..all the same) in the screen
but in printed document, the text is empty. I mean, text with Arial font can not be printed out.
There is no error message.
Of course, I tested the printer with other computer (Win2000,MS-Eord,Excel).
Printer .. no problem. But only a computer doesn't work.

I did the following things to fix this issue.
1) Reinstall MS-Office (Actually all S/Ws have the same problem with Arial Font)
2) Reinstall Arial font
3) Reinstall printer driver

Have you ever seen this kind of problem before? please let me know. It's desperate.

May it is possible, that the problem causes in SP4.
