arrange by conversation

Ok I searched and I can not find the answer. I have used the help files and
even the Practice session.
I have outlook 2003 and I somehow changed the settings so that when I view
by Conversation all of the emails are on one line down instead of offset like
I want them to be. How do I get this back?

I should be more specific.
I have the conversation view already. However all of the emails are in one
strait line, not in a Tree form as by when they were received.
