I have a report which shows customer orders. (subform displaying data sheet)
For the sake of ease, lets say the table has shoe colors and dress colors.
If a person orders item out of order like; a red pair of shoes, then a blue
dress, etc.. you need to scan the list to make sure they have ordered a red
shoe and red dress. (very simple description)
Is it possible to Drag and Drop within the form to sort the list the way you
want? (something like moving rows within Excel) I could then write this
order to Data field so it consistently comes up sorted correctly.
My other option would be to have a visible index column which the person
could re-number to create the desired sorting. But this seams a bit archaic.
Thanks Tom
