Arrange Icons on Save As in Paint

When I do a Save As in Paint, how do I get the files in the folder I'm
viewing to list in a particular sequence? In Windows explorer I can do it by
View/Arrange Icons By/Name, but when I do a Save As in Paint, the files (I
use detail) list in some other sequence.

It is done the same way in every application's Open Dialog box, click
the header you want the sort to be. If you want ot sort by "Name" click
"Name", if you want reverse name sort, click it again.
