arrange the data on the document in chronological order page wise

I have loads of data that needs to be reversed page wise. I know that we can
write a macro, however I do not know the objects to be used to be able to
achieve this. Can someone please help me!

We have such details filled out on a day to day basis, however they were
appended to the existing file at the bottom, but now with the new policy this
document should be managed in chronological order. It will mean that the
latest Client Query should be on top and the oldest query form should be down
below.

Sounds like an application for an Access database to me. Then you print a
report with the data sorted on the date field in descending order.
