Arranging my calendars

Hi there

In Calendar I have several calendars I want to watch at the same time.
Merging calendars is not for me.

My problem is that My Calendar will always be shown right most in the
content pane.
If I right click on My Calendars in the navigation pane I can select "Move
Up In List" which gives me the result Im looking for and arranges the
calendars the way I want them but when I exit the application and reopen them
the calendar order is reset.

Is there a way for me to make that change persistent??
Its really anoying the bejebus out of me!

Which version of Outlook are you using?
The sorting order is retained for me (Outlook 2007 SP2).

2007 SP2

If I add the calendars to My Calendars I get the desired result.

But if I right click "My Calendars" and choose "Move Up In List" The My
Calendars section IS moved up above People's Calendars.

But when I restart outlook My Calendars is moves down below People's
Calendars again!

This is what is messing up my chosen ordering!

It should be retained if outlook closes cleanly. Does the grayed out outlook
icon hang around your tray after you close outlook? That could indicate its
not closing cleanly and the navigation data is not saved.

You could try restarting outlook with the /resetnavpane switch - but it will
wipe out all customizations to the nav pane and is not guaranteed to help.

Yes. My Outlook seems to close down without error.

Launching with /resetnavpane cleared all my shared calendars..

So I tried adding a couple and now it seems My Calendars will always be
shown ontop of Peoples Calendars even when restarting outlook.

Now I just have to add all the old shared calendars again.
