Arranging Tasks on the Calendar

Hello,

I asked this question earlier this week and didn't get an answer, so I'll
ask it again in the hopes that there is an answer:

Is there any way to arrange the tasks on the calendar in such a way as to
make them all visible. For some reason, it won't print or even show all of
the tasks. This makes it hard to present in a report.

Any suggestions?

Hi Dave,
If I recall your earlier post, you had 4 tasks occuring on a single day,
each with .25 days duration, and linked to one another. I have tried
multiple methods and I can't get what I think you are looking for. The
calendar view usually creates "overflow" tasks that print on a separate page.
Short of leaving off summary tasks (Format --> Bar Styles) and then *very*
carefully re-arranging tasks vertically in the view (do not move tasks to the
left or right as that will constrain them), there really isn't much I can
offer.

Hi Julie,

Thanks for the post. I think I've come to the conclusion that the Calendar
View is just not all that great. Seems to be the consensus, anyway.

Hi Dave,
You're welcome. I agree - the calendar view has really too many limitations
to be useful all the time.
