Array Formula Confusion

Does anyone understand this array function?

{=TABLE(,H2)}

Here's what I do know:

1) It doesn't seem to refer to any named ranges.
2) It doesn't seem to be a user-defined function.


HELP!

Look up "one variable data table" in help

You can also look up "two variable data table", but yours is one.
