array index out of bounds error - NOT using Business contact manag

Using Outlook 2003 SP1. User recieved task responses from a user that cnnot
be viewed or deleted. With the reading pane open when message is selected the
reading pane displays " This message with restricted permission cannot be
viewed in the reading pane until you verify your credentials. Open the item
to read it's contents and verify your credentials" When you double click the
email to open you are presented with a pop up that says " Can't open this
item. Array index out of bounds"
Client is not using Business contact manager and has no custom forms. I have
repaired the inbox with scanpst and created a new profile which did not clear
the issue. I also renamed extend.dat, outcmd.dat, and frmcache.dat which did
not clear the issue either.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to clear these messages? Thanks!
