Array index out of bounds when trying to access business contact,.

When trying to add a new Business contact, I get the following message
"The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
Administrator" When double clicking on an existing contact, I get the
following message "The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an
Outlook form instead. The form required to view this message cannot be
displayed. Contact your administrator" When I click okay, I get another
message that says "Array index out of bounds" and then the contact file is
displayed. What do I need to do to correct this problem?

Hi,
BCM sometimes gives a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose:
Tools --> Options --> Other --> Advanced Options -->
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
If simply clearing the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps
detailed at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;836558

Most of these issues have been fixed in Office SP1 and Business Contact
Manager SP1. Visit the following locations to download:

Office SP1 -

BCM SP1 -

Thanks.

Thanks for the help. This worked for me too except now I am getting this
type of message prior to the new contact form opening: Exception from
HRESULT: 0xBAB20009 (then with the second new form this variation: Exception
from HRESULT: 0xE7F20009) Any ideas? Really, really appreciate everyone's
help here!
