Array - snap to grid

Visio 2003.
From the master "plumbing", I place a "shower head" on the drawing page. I
make it snap to the metric grid. Menu, Tools, Add-ons, visio Extras, Array
shapes.
I want another shower head 5 mm up. It does not align to the grid, even
though the alignment box was aligned to the grid. I even unchecked all snap
and glue options, except "snap to grid".
Another easy question : the precise spacing with the arrows on the keyboard
doesn't work any more. The window scrolls. I see nothing relevant in Tools
- options.

I checked the first question out again with a line and with the same distance
as for the shower head. The line behaves normally.

I had a look at the easy problem in the Visio help "moving shapes".
Silly me, I found :
"
Nudge a shape into position
Select the shape that you want to nudge into position.
Do one of the following:
To move a shape to the next position to which it can snap, press an arrow key.
If there is no position to which the shape can snap, pressing an arrow key
moves the shape a single tick on the ruler.

To move the shape one pixel, hold down SHIFT while pressing an arrow key.
Note If pressing an arrow key scrolls your drawing instead of moving a
shape, make sure the SCROLL LOCK key is not pressed.

May I break your monologue by mentioning our Utilities for Visio which
has a Shape Nudge where you can set the distance to move the shape(s)
and a set of arrows to do the nudging.
