arrow keys are not working

my arrow keys are not working on my spread sheet and the scroll lock has
nothing to do with it
I am working w/a microsoft wireless multi media keyboard 1.1

Andrea,
This newsgroup deals with Microsoft Access, a relational database
development application.
You'll have better luck posting this to a newsgroup that deals with
whatever spreadsheet application you're using.
Or... perhaps... a search on the web for any problems associated
with your particular keyboard.
