Arrow Keys Behaving Strangely in Excel

I have Office v.X on my Mac. This Mac has two user accounts: one for
me and one for my wife. When I open an Excel spreadsheet, the arrow
keys behave normally. They move the selected cell up, down, left, or
right. However, when my wife opens an Excel spreadsheet, the arrow
keys behave strangely. They cause the entire spreadsheet to scroll up,
down, left, or right by one cell, without actually changing the
selected cell. Some Excel setting or keyboard setting is not correct.
Any suggestions for how to fix this would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Sounds like she's got Scroll Lock set. Can't pull XLv.X up right now,
but in XL04, there's an indicator in the status bar - don't remember
whether v.X has it too.

In any case try hitting F14 or Opt-F14. Unfortunately, I can't try that,
since my Powerbook doesn't have an F14 key.
