Arrow keys broken?

I'm using OneNote 2007 on Vista and haven't installed anything new
recently...

For some reason, I can't use the up or down arrow keys to navigate the
lines on the page. I can go character by character with the left and
right arrow keys, but line by line won't work anymore.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I couldn't find anything the the
preferences...

I fixed it. I had Lifehacker's texter.exe running, which I guess stop
that functionality just in OneNote (not in anything else, though,
oddly enough). Whew!
