Hello!

I got a customer that her arrow keys stopped working: instead of being able to switch cells, it moves the page up or down. I read somewhere that in Windows it's because they Scroll Up key was pressed, but how does it work in Mac?

The keyboard was set up in spanish (even tho it's physically english), I switched it back to english but no luck.

Scroll lock is on. Look in the indicator in the lower right corner of the
worksheet to make sure. It toggles with Shift F14.

I'm not sure which kind of keyboard or Mac that your customer is
using - for instance, MacBooks have some keys that the desktop
iMac and Apple standalone keyboards lack, and vice versa.

However, if Scroll Lock is enabled for some reason, you
should be able to disable it by clicking the SCRL icon/button
at the bottom of the Excel application window. Do you see this
one there? On Excel 2008, it's highlighted when Scroll Lock is on.
