Arrow style

I am looking for some arrows - straight and cranked which will retain the
proportions of the arrow head if I stretch the shaft of the arrow. Can
anyone point me in the right direction?

Check out the Block Diagram stencil. The arrows on that stencil should
behave in the manner you indicate.
