arrows in my doc change position when printed

Word 2000
Page size is 11" x 17' landscape
I have made an organigram with arrows.
Printing: the text boxes print in the correct position; the arrows print
correctly on the left of the page but are increasingly out of position going
to the right of the page.
What to do?
