Arrows look too big in main document

I perfer to use microsoft pictures for drawings. It is
easier to copy/paste the whole drawings, and easier to add
captions. However, the arrows (a line with arrow at the
end) look too big in the main document, especially when I
resize the whole object in the main document. They look
normal when I open the drawing and edit it. Other objects
in the same drawing, such as text box and lines, are okay
though. Is it a bug or do I need to set something?

I use Windows XP and Office XP. The drawing is inserted
as an object/MS picture.

Thanks.

Thank you, Bob.

The problem disappears if the weight of lines are changed.
It works for me, so I did not try to get the hotfix.
