arrows on phone tree won't print

I have used a phone tree for years in 9.2 and earlier operating systems and
earlier word programs. Now that I switched to 10.3.5 and Word 4 the names
and arrows between names ( not just on a horizontal line) appears on my file
copy and the print preview page but when I print it on paper only the names
show up.

How do I get the arrows to print?

Look under Word | Preferences, Print tab. Make sure "drawing objects" is
checked under "include with document." Although I feel like if that were
the problem, the arrows wouldn't show up in print preview either.

Also make sure that you have the latest printer driver for your printer,
check the manufacturer's website.

I assume you mean Word 2004?
