Art under Page Borders

I have no "art" when I try to add a page borders. The only option is none.
When I use the drop down menu, I was instuctued to install. However, I click
no instead of yes and now I am not receiving the prompt.
Any suggestions?

In the Windows control panel Add/Remove programs choice bring up your Microsoft Office (version?) choice and install the feature for
border art.
