Gee.. if i wasnt DEAF and my TDD phone was available, maybe i could CALL AND
SPEAK with a Microsoft rep....Thanks for the tip

I do believe Microsoft allows TDD contact. Do you not have a person who can
hear available to help you? There is no place to download hotfixes. You
must contact Microsoft with the KB article number and a description of the
symptoms in order get a hotfix.
