Article KB 208529 - Cannot Scroll or Print Report

I used article KB 208529 to filter a report from a pop-up form. Everything
works fine for filtering, but now I cannot use the scroll buttons or print
(or any other menu items for that matter) on the print preview screen. If I
click on "Close" (on the pop-up form) it closes the form and the report. I
need to be able to print the pages of the report that the pop-up form filter
selects.

One other strange thing - I was able to scroll and print after selecting
earlier today, but now cannot.
