Asian Characters pop up

Greetings everyone,

Everytime I start and MS Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel,
Publisher) I get a pop up "error message" after I type te first character.
Can anyone tell me what is going on? How can I fix it? Thanks in advance
for your help.
